i) GROUP FORMATION
The way you work is referred to as soft skills. People skills, social skills, communication skills, character or personality characteristics, attitudes, spiritual and emotional intelligence, time management, and empathy are examples of soft skills.
At first, we are forming a group according to the instructions from our lecturer Madam Siti Fatihah. Our group consists of males from the same race, Melayu. We are gathered here to discuss the project concept and the understanding of the project. The main objective of this project is to recognize one current issue discovery happened.
A WhatsApp group named "Soft Skill G6" was created by the leader Iman Najmi on 21th October 2021, and the link is shared to the Soft Skills 16P, in Telegram. We get to know our new friends from different faculties and programs in this new group's formation. Our group members consist of 5 members. This WhatsApp group is created to make it easier to communicate with each other members.
CREATE GROUP NAME
First of all, all members greet each other. Then, we decide to name our group, and one of our group members, Norkhairulnizam suggested that we can name our group as new challenger. After that, the leader decided to stick with Soft Skillz. We found that our group members have unique skills and ideas, most importantly we always try to give our best to accomplish anything and thrive for success. We are happy and so proud to be a part of this group.
This conversation in our group is about how we get introduce ourselves and having fun getting to know our new friends. We hope we look forward to working together with this group to resolve issues or discuss issues related to a matter. This is because teamwork is an important role to form a strong group and also teaches how to be respectfully and confidently express their ideas and opinions effectively in a group.
ii) ASSIGN TASK TO EACH GROUP MEMBER:

On 25th October 2021, after we get to know each other in the WhatsApp group and our group name was given, the leader decided to give every member a unique role.
iii) GROUP COORDINATION AND INFORMATION + CID TOPIC SELECTION
On the same day, Iman Najmi ask the team members what they should be doing for the project. Norkhairulnizam suggested a title project called “Pembukaan Uni”. On 26th October 2021, Iman Najmi then suggested a project titled “Cyberbully” because it seems easier to find the problems, pieces of information, and others. The team members seem to agree to do so.
